Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular learning and developmental sessions for children with special needs
• Prepare Individual Education/Activity Plans (IEAPs)
• Help children with exercises and activities
• Work closely with parents and caregivers for child progress
• Monitor children’s health records
• Coordinate with schools, health professionals, and community workers
• Follow up with hospitals for completing treatment
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Special Education (any disability category)
• Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
• Experience preferred, but freshers are encouraged to apply

activities with youth, women, and local leaders
• Mobilise and support communities in campaigns, trainings, and
workshops
• Organise exposure visits and outreach programmes
• Maintain project reports and documentation
• Build linkages with schools, government departments, and
community groups

Requirements:
• Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in Social Work, Sociology,
Education, or Women’s Studies)
• 1–2 years’ experience in NGO/community work (especially with
youth, women, and children)
• Strong communication in Hindi; basic English preferred
• Ability to travel and work independently
